Manns Bait Company announces the newest addition to its world
renowned soft
plastics line, S.P.I.C.E., an acronym for Soft Plastic Infused
Crustacean
Extract.
With assistance from a fishery biologist at a major southern University,
Manns
Bait Company has created a new additive for soft plastics that is so
effective it
has been dubbed Natures Feeding Stimulant. The material
in S.P.I.C.E. is
being used in fish hatcheries to increase growth rates by stimulating
the feeding
response in Bass even when they are not hungry.
S.P.I.C.E. has been formulated with a chemical used in making
soft plastics,
so that application of the additive to a soft plastic lure causes the
material to be
absorbed by the lure and not washed away in the water. This infusion
allows the
lure to be made with perfect texture and color and have the attractant
added after
manufacture.
S.P.I.C.E. will be available in the full range of Manns
Dragin® Series of soft
baits for 2005. The Dragin® Series offers 8 different shapes,
many sizes and a
multitude of popular colors. Made from the famous Jelly Worm
formula and
coated with S.P.I.C.E., the combination of appearance, texture
and biological
attraction makes the NEW Dragin® Series a soft plastic bait
that is unsurpassed
in fish catching ability.
Manns Bait Company, a leading manufacturer, produces a broad range
of fish
catching products for both fresh and saltwater markets, consisting of
spinnerbaits, crankbaits, soft plastics, lead lures and hollow body
baits.
